This Privacy Policy explains how Vegalab LLC (“Vegalab,” “we,” “us” or “our”), the United States distributor of Youlief products, handles personal information when you visit youlief.us, contact us, subscribe, place items in your cart or continue to our Shopify-powered checkout.
Depending on your interaction, we may collect contact information; newsletter and consent records; contact-form messages; cart, order, billing, shipping and customer-service information; transaction identifiers and payment status; and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, approximate region, pages, events and timestamps.
Checkout and payment-card processing take place through Vegalab’s Shopify store and its payment providers. Full card numbers are not entered on youlief.us. The Youlief cart stores product and quantity information in your browser’s localStorage. The live site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Umami Analytics.
We use information to operate, secure and improve the site; maintain the cart; connect you to checkout; process, fulfill, deliver and support orders; prevent fraud; respond to messages; send communications you requested or authorized; measure site usage; meet legal, tax, accounting, regulatory and product-safety obligations; and protect legal rights.
We may disclose information to Shopify and payment providers; shipping and fulfillment providers; Cloudflare and Umami; email, customer-service, hosting, technology, fraud-prevention, accounting and professional-service providers; PL Story Ltd. or Youlief partners when reasonably necessary for product support, safety, compliance or brand operations; and authorities or transaction parties when permitted or required by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices constitute “selling,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under an applicable state law, eligible residents may exercise the applicable opt-out right using the method identified below.
You may unsubscribe using the link in any promotional email. We may still send transactional or service communications concerning an order or request. Marketing email must include the sender’s identification, postal address and a working unsubscribe method.
The site and its providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, logs or similar technologies for security, cart operation, analytics and Shopify services. Browser settings may allow you to clear these technologies; clearing localStorage removes the saved Youlief cart.
We retain information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, legal and tax obligations, product safety, disputes and fraud prevention. We use safeguards appropriate to the information, but no system is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions where they operate.
Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to Vegalab, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion; receive a portable copy; opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising; limit certain sensitive-data uses; or appeal a decision. Rights are subject to verification and legal exceptions. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.

The site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information through youlief.us.
