These Terms apply to youlief.us and orders initiated through the Youlief United States shopping experience. The site is operated for the Youlief brand by Vegalab LLC, the United States distributor of Youlief products under licence from PL Story Ltd.
Vegalab LLC is the contracting seller and merchant of record for United States orders, and is the entity shown at checkout and on receipts.
You must have legal capacity to enter a contract in your state or use the site with a parent or guardian. You are responsible for complete and accurate order, contact and payment information.
Youlief products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease or to alter the structure or function of the body. Follow the label and directions, review ingredients and stop use if irritation occurs. Website content is not medical advice.
We try to display products, packaging, colours, ingredients and descriptions accurately. Screens vary and products may be updated. The label and packaging received control if there is a difference. Contact us before purchase for current ingredient information.
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before order submission. The youlief.us cart connects to Vegalab’s Shopify-powered checkout, and Shopify and its payment providers process payment.
We may correct an obvious pricing, product or technical error before accepting or fulfilling an order, subject to applicable law.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily constitute acceptance. Before shipment, we may decline or cancel for legitimate reasons such as unavailable inventory, payment failure, suspected fraud, an obvious error or legal restriction. If captured payment relates to a cancelled order, we will refund it as required.

Customer stories describe individual experiences and do not promise typical or guaranteed results. Customer photos may differ in lighting, timing, routine and camera conditions. Korean reviews identified as translated were originally submitted in Korean.
Use the site only lawfully. Do not compromise security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, use the site fraudulently, perform unreasonable scraping or violate rights. Site content is owned by or licensed to Vegalab, PL Story Ltd or their licensors and may not be commercially reused without permission except as allowed by law.
Shopify and other third-party sites have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Vegalab and Youlief parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss from site use. This limitation does not apply where prohibited.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law and applicable United States federal law, without waiving mandatory rights of a consumer’s state.
