In summer I'd reach for something light because of the heat and then feel dry later on, but this strikes the balance — neither too light nor too heavy. It's lovely as a toner pack and lovely patted straight in. Best of all, a small amount is plenty.

How to use

Using Setup Toner [CICA RS]

After cleansing, pat over face and neck with clean hands or sweep on with a cotton pad. Apply one layer daily or add a second layer when skin feels dry.
